Refund policy
Full price items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Exchanges are only available on Domestic orders. Return orders will not be accepted beyond our 5 day return policy. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a shipping label via email and we ask you to mail your return within 3 days. If you don't send back your items within 3 days of receiving a return label, you will be ineligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Swimsuits returned missing hygiene liners will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in pristine condition.
Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment. You also have the option to choose store credit during the returns process. For all Domestic orders, a restocking fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
To initiate a Domestic return, see below for how to proceed:
1. Please contact us at info@rickibeachclub.com and we will send you a return shipping label. We will do our best to get back to you within 48 business hours. Rest assured that as long as you reach out to us within the 5 day window, your return will be honored.
2. Securely package your shipment back to us and apply the return shipping label.
3. We will refund your order upon receipt of the returned product.
4. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed minus the $12 restocking fee.
Your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facilities. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account depending on your bank.
